Jourier builds the Data Hub on top of Supabase (your existing environment, or a new one). Operational systems flow in via real-time CDC and webhooks. Modeled tables in Supabase become the layer that BI tools, AI agents, MCP servers, and bespoke applications all read from.

Supabase is a open-source Postgres backend. Jourier brings the modeling, the pipelines, and the consumption layers, on top of Supabase's engine.

Can Jourier work with my existing Supabase environment?

Yes. Jourier builds the Data Hub on top of your existing Supabase setup: same workspace, same compute, same governance. Source pipelines, modeled tables, and consumption layers all live inside Supabase unless you ask otherwise.

Does Jourier require Supabase?

No. Jourier supports Supabase as one of several backends. If your stack already runs on Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, BigQuery, Postgres, or Supabase, the Data Hub adapts to it. Supabase is the right call when your customer cloud already hosts it or when the workload pattern fits Supabase's strengths.

How does the Data Hub differ from off-the-shelf Supabase content?

Off-the-shelf Supabase content is generic. Jourier's Data Hub is bespoke, modeled to your operations, joined across the systems your business actually runs. Same Supabase engine underneath, but a layer designed for your business, not someone else's.

Who owns the Supabase notebooks, schemas, and configuration?

You do. Jourier delivers everything as code in your Supabase workspace, with documentation. Hand it to another vendor or take it over yourself whenever you want. No lock-in, no per-engagement licence.

Can I switch warehouses later?

Yes. The Data Hub model is portable. Most of the SQL ports between Supabase and another warehouse with light editing; ingestion pipelines can re-target. Migrations of this kind are also part of what Jourier does.

What does a Jourier engagement on Supabase cost?

Bespoke project, scoped to the data that matters. Supabase compute is paid directly to Supabase's vendor (Jourier doesn't add a markup). Jourier's fee is project-based, not subscription-based. No platform fees if you self-host the orchestration.
